HIFU ULLTHERAPY NEW !!! from 400
Non-invasive lifting and body contouring with ultrasound!
The Ulverin device based on the HIFU concentrated ultrasound beam technology is currently one of the most revolutionary solutions in aesthetic medicine in the field of delaying the aging processes. This technology is perfect for non-invasive face lifting procedures as well as fat reduction. The use of a “scalpel-free facelift” does not require long-term convalescence and is safer than a surgical procedure.
TREATMENT EFFECTS
lifting and “thickening” of the skin, visible reduction of skin laxity, stimulation of collagen synthesis, reduction of wrinkles, improvement of skin elasticity, lifting the eyebrow arch, improvement of the face contour, improvement of the outline of the jaw line and elimination of the so-called “hamsters”, improvement of the appearance of the neck, elimination of the “second chin “, elimination of excess fatty tissue in various areas of the body and increasing skin tension in these places, reducing skin laxity in such difficult-to-treat areas as the arms and the inside of the thighs, improving the appearance of the skin around the knees and elbows, lifting the skin on the neckline and breast lift.
The name “HIFU” stands for high intensity focused ultrasound, which means “focused beam of high intensity ultrasound”. The treatment head of the device allows you to create a thermal effect by precisely directing acoustic energy within a strictly defined tissue depth. HIFU, like ultrasound, uses ultrasound, i.e. a safe acoustic wave. However, while in ultrasound a wave of a certain frequency acts like a radar, bouncing off various structures and then returning to “draw” their image on the screen, in HIFU it is supposed to cause tissue cells to move. During the treatment, the epidermis and surface tissue are safe, only a selected area of the skin is treated with ultrasound. The key to HIFU success is precision incomparable to any other method. The energy from the ultrasound-emitting transducer is focused precisely on the target depth without breaking the skin barrier. Such point
subcutaneous “burns” stimulate tissue regeneration and shortening of collagen fibers. In addition, HIFU affects not only collagen and elastin, but also the superficial myofascial system (SMAS layer). As a result, it is successfully used to improve skin tension and lift, and the effect of the treatment is comparable to a surgical facelift.
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT HIFU?
Spectacular results, especially in cases of extremely low skin elasticity, there is no need to repeat the treatment (series problem), quick and non-invasive treatment – non-surgical, not painful, requiring no prior preparation, long-lasting, natural results – without the “mask effect”, no impact on stratum corneum, no need to exclude the patient from normal life (banquet procedure).
Description of the procedure
During the procedure, ultrasound is applied and a dose of thermal energy is transferred to the tissue to cause injuries in a specific place and stimulate the natural healing process of wounds. A 5-10 cm wide head, or in fact a suitable transducer, produces a cone-shaped wave that accumulates at a selected depth, causing a controlled “burn” 0.5-1 mm in diameter at intervals of about 1-2 mm. At the same time, it does not cause other unfavorable changes in the surrounding tissues. This stimulates the tissues to form repair chains and new collagen. As a result, the skin becomes more tense and lifted.
Approx. 30-40 minutes (face).
Indications
Flabby skin of the arms, abdomen, breasts, buttocks, thighs and knees, prevention of skin firmness loss (e.g. during weight loss), loss of skin elasticity after heavy weight loss, pregnancy, face lift, cleavage rejuvenation, breast lift.
Use
The result is visible immediately (within 24-48 hours after the procedure), and then it intensifies over time (the best results are obtained in the period from 2 to 24 weeks) and lasts up to 18 months. The treatment can be used both on the face and body. In many cases, one treatment is enough, and if there are more of them (when the skin is more flaccid), they are performed at intervals of 1-3 months. This technique can be used in a wide range of patients, regardless of the complexion and thickness of the skin and the season.
Post-treatment recommendations
The skin after the treatment is slightly red, but this effect disappears after a few hours. The patient can return to daily activities immediately after the session. Sometimes a slight swelling may appear, lasting up to a few days. Spot burns are very rare. It is related to the inaccurate application of the probe to the skin surface and the concentration of the ultrasound beam on its surface. There are also cases of local paraesthesia. Most often these symptoms disappear on their own within hours to days. It is recommended to avoid exfoliation of the skin in the treatment area for at least a week after the treatment or until the skin hypersensitivity disappears. Within 2 weeks after the procedure, no painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs, except for paracetamol, should be used.
Contraindications
Active inflammation at the treatment site, skin lesions, herpes at the treatment site, neoplastic disease, pregnancy, metal implants in the treatment area, open wounds, implanted electrical devices, anticoagulant treatment or the presence of hemorrhagic disorders, keloids, fillers in the treatment area – consultation individual
